Returns & Refunds
I want you to be 100% happy with your painting and I offer a 14 day No Quibble Returns Policy. Just email me to let me know that you wish to return a painting and send it back in the original packaging via a trackable service/courier. Once the painting has been safely received in the condition in which it was sent a refund will be issued. The refund will be the price you originally paid for the painting, minus any postage costs.
Cheques should be in Sterling and made payable to Angela Melkis. Your order will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Please contact me to let me know which painting you want and I will reserve it for you for up to seven days, until the cheque has been received.
You can make payment by Bank Transfer to my bank account, and your painting will be shipped once payment has been received. Please contact me for details. I will reserve your painting until payment has been received, for up to 7 days.
Paypal & Credit/Debit Cards
Credit/Debit Card and Paypal Payment online by credit/debit card via Paypal and PayPal is accepted. Credit/debit card payments are securely processed by PayPal and currency conversion is automatic so payments may be made from most countries and bank accounts worldwide. Paypal has a very high level of security, customer privacy and protection, all transactions are performed over maximum security SSL encryption and your card/bank details are not stored or made available to me in any way.
I am happy to work with you on a ‘lay away’ payment plan of up to 3 months on single or multiple purchases valued over £600. Simply contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange this. After your first payment, the artwork will be reserved for you to pay off at your convenience. Your artwork will then be shipped to you immediately after your final payment clears. There are no extra charges for paying this way.
Delivery is by a trackable service and I endeavour to have the goods arrive within 5 days of order confirmation. I can deliver overseas, but please be aware that delivery time may be longer and certain conditions and import costs may apply. Please contact me if you have any queries. You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the goods. Notice of cancellation should be sent to email@example.com Cancellations must be received in writing. Goods must be returned in the original condition and shipped at your cost. Your painting will be packaged as safely as possible so please open carefully so the original packaging can be reused to return it. Once the returned goods have been received and checked, you will be issued a refund, usually via the same payment method used for purchase.
